Items with damaged or missing labels or packaging
Contact Customer Service: Within 14 days of purchase, please contact our Customer Service team by email or phone with your order number and the reason for the refund.
Obtaining Refund Authorization: Our Customer Service team will review your request and, upon approval, send you a refund authorization and return address.
Returning Items: Please return the item to the address provided by Customer Service and retain proof of mailing for future inquiries.
Item Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm its eligibility for a refund.
Refund Processing: If the item is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within two business days of confirmation and the refund will be credited to the original payment account.
If you paid by credit card, the refund will be directly credited to that credit card account.
If you paid with another payment method, the refund will be credited to the corresponding account.
